We are looking for energetic and street-smart Field Sales Executives / Merchant Onboarding Executives who can visit shops in their assigned area, speak directly with shop owners, explain the benefits of joining the Kuch Bhi Lo platform, and help them complete their merchant registration. This is an incentive-driven opportunity with no earning ceiling. The more merchants you successfully onboard, the more you earn. What You Will Do As a Field Sales Executive, you will: * Visit shops, retailers and local businesses in your assigned market/area. * Introduce merchants to the Kuch Bhi Lo online platform. * Explain how joining the platform can help them reach more customers and sell their products online. * Convince interested shopkeepers to register as merchants. * Assist merchants in completing the registration/onboarding process. * Ensure merchant information and required details are correctly submitted. * Build relationships with shopkeepers and develop a strong merchant network in your assigned territory. * Follow up with interested merchants wherever required. * Achieve daily/weekly merchant onboarding targets.
