As we expand nationally, we are inviting passionate education professionals to become our exclusive State Education Partners. # About the Opportunity We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who want to build and grow Future Path Counselling in their own state as an exclusive business partner. As a State Education Partner, you will represent Future Path Counselling throughout your assigned state and develop relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, government departments, and educational organizations. You will receive exclusive rights to represent Future Path Counselling in your state, subject to meeting agreed performance milestones. # Key Responsibilities School & College Partnerships Build relationships with private schools, government schools, CBSE, ICSE, State Board schools, and colleges. Meet school principals, trustees, directors, management committees, and administrators. Present Future Path Counselling's online career assessment platform and counselling programs. Onboard institutions for student career assessment programs. # Government & Institutional Outreach Establish relationships with District Education Officers, State Education Departments, Samagra Shiksha, Municipal Education Boards, and other relevant authorities. Identify opportunities to implement career guidance initiatives in government institutions. # Business Development Generate institutional partnerships across your assigned state. Conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions. Identify strategic collaboration opportunities with educational organizations. # Workshops & Awareness Programs Organize and coordinate: Career Guidance Seminars Parent Awareness Programs Student Career Workshops Teacher Orientation Sessions Stream Selection Programs Career Planning Sessions # Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with partner institutions. Coordinate with Future Path Counselling for successful implementation. Ensure a high-quality experience for schools, students, and parents. # Market Intelligence Monitor educational trends within your state. Identify expansion opportunities.
