Job Trends India needs a Customer Support Associate to help job seekers and employers get the most out of the platform — answering questions, resolving account/application issues, and flagging bugs or bad-actor reports to the team. What you'll do: - Respond to support emails and in-app queries from job seekers and employers - Investigate and help resolve reported jobs, scam complaints, and account issues - Document common issues and suggest product fixes - Occasionally assist with KYC verification of new employer accounts Who you are: - Clear written communication, patient and empathetic with users - Comfortable working independently in a small remote team - Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and support tools Great entry point into an early-stage startup, with room to grow into other parts of the business.
