We're hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to own SEO, social media, and organic growth for the platform. What you'll do: - Run SEO for our job listings, blog, and Career Adda content - Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) to reach job seekers and employers - Track growth metrics and run small experiments to improve signups and job applications - Partner with the founder on marketing campaigns and partnerships Who you are: - 0-3 years experience in digital marketing, SEO, or growth roles - Data-driven, comfortable with basic analytics tools - Excited to work at an early-stage startup with real ownership Remote-friendly.
