I am a student in Grade 8, a professional Voice-Over & Dubbing Artist, a content creator, and a Co-Founder at Job Trends India. I know that sounds like a lot for someone my age — but I have always been curious about learning, creating and trying things that are bigger than my classroom. As a Co-Founder at Job Trends India, I am getting an opportunity to understand something that I find genuinely fascinating: how people find jobs, how companies find the right people, why some talented people struggle to get noticed, and how technology can make the journey easier for both sides. Job Trends India — not just another place where people search for jobs, but a platform or say a complete career eco system that helps people understand their options, discover opportunities, make better career decisions and connect with the right employers. I have seen how many people are simply confused about what they should do, which career to choose, what skills to learn, how to prepare for a job or where to even begin. I would like to use my work and my voice to help make that journey a little clearer. I may still be studying myself, but I believe you don't have to be much older to ask good questions, listen to people and start creating solutions. Alongside this, I am a professional Voice-Over and Dubbing Artist. I have had the opportunity to lend my voice to content associated with OTT platforms such as Disney+ Hotstar and Sony, as well as audio platforms including Audible and Kuku FM, among others. Voice acting has taught me confidence, expression, discipline, timing and, most importantly, how powerful communication can be. Now I want to bring those skills into content creation. Through Job Trends India's social channels, I want to talk about jobs, careers, hiring, skills, workplaces, entrepreneurship and the changing world of work — but in a way that is simple, honest, interesting and worth listening to. I also want to learn from people who are already doing great things. Founders, CEOs, recruiters, professionals, entrepreneurs, students and job seekers — everyone has a story, and I want to hear it. I have a long way to go and a lot to learn. I am still a student, and I am not here pretending to have all the answers. I am here to learn, ask questions, create, experiment and hopefully build something that makes a difference. For me, entrepreneurship isn't about having a title. It is about having the courage to see a problem, the curiosity to understand it, and the determination to build something better. This is just the beginning.
