About the Role

A renowned real estate and infrastructure company is looking for a Senior Project Engineer – QS & Billing to manage cost estimation, contract administration, and financial tracking for a high-rise residential project. The role requires strong expertise in quantity surveying, billing, and cost control to ensure the financial efficiency of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and work order agreements.
• Verify and approve contractor/vendor invoices and track project expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints, cost controls, and contract terms.
• Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and procurement teams to ensure accurate billing.
• Conduct periodic cost analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting for senior management.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in project costs, materials, and scope variations.
