Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of high-rise residential projects, from planning to handover.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor progress milestones, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement cost-control measures and risk mitigation strategies to optimize project performance.
