A leading real estate and infrastructure company is seeking a skilled Project Engineer – QS & Billing to manage quantity surveying, cost estimation, and billing processes for commercial real estate projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project cost management, contracts, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for commercial real estate projects.
• Verify contractor bills, ensure timely payments, and manage financial records.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients for cost control and budget tracking.
• Review project contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenses.
