A leading real estate and infrastructure company is looking for a Planning & QS Manager to oversee project planning, cost estimation, and quantity surveying for commercial and healthcare projects. This role requires expertise in budgeting, contract management, and progress tracking to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and milestone tracking systems.
• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Monitor progress reports, cost forecasts, and financial planning to optimize project efficiency.
• Ensure contract compliance, risk assessment, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with site teams, vendors, and contractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Who Should Apply?

• Professionals with 8-10 years of experience in planning, cost estimation, and quantity surveying within commercial or healthcare real estate projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and billing software.
