About the Role
A renowned AEC firm is looking for a BIM Modeler – Architectural & Structural to develop detailed 3D models, coordinate with project teams, and support digital construction workflows. This role requires expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and clash detection tools to enhance project accuracy and efficiency.
If you have experience in architectural and structural modeling, parametric design, and BIM coordination, this is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge real estate and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and structural designs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform clash detection, model validation, and design conflict resolution using Navisworks.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Support 4D/5D modeling, quantity take-offs, and construction documentation.
