SEO & Web Performance Intern (Fresher – Remote/Hybrid)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize pages accordingly

  • Assist in building internal linking strategy and meta-data optimization

  • Audit and improve existing content for on-page SEO

  • Monitor and report performance using Google Search Console and Analytics

• Content Support:

  • Help in preparing SEO briefs for blog/service pages

  • Coordinate with content creators (if any) to ensure keyword integration

  • Repurpose existing resume-related content into SEO blog posts or FAQs

• Website Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor Core Web Vitals and implement fixes (with dev support)

  • Suggest improvements on lazy loading, image compression, and caching

  • Collaborate with the full stack developer to improve site load speed

  • Use tools like PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, etc.

• Other Digital Marketing Support (Optional Bonus):

  • Assist in basic social media scheduling/hashtags/SEO captions

  • Help track organic vs. paid performance of landing pages

🎓 Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SEO tools like Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or SEMrush (free versions acceptable)

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights

• Understanding of HTML basics, image formats, and SEO tags

• Eagerness to learn and adapt — this role involves both content and tech

• Bonus: Exposure to CMS platforms like WordPress or basic no-code tools

💰 Stipend / Salary:

₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on availability, knowledge, and performance)

📍 Location:

Remote / Hybrid (if local to Mumbai preferred but not required)
