Resume Writer – Fresher

Role Overview:

We’re hiring skilled freshers with a flair for writing and understanding of professional communication. As a Resume Writer, you’ll help jobseekers in India and abroad craft compelling, ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that boost their chances of getting shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit resumes for professionals from diverse industries (IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Healthcare, etc.)

• Craft personalized cover letters and LinkedIn profiles tailored to roles and geographies (India, UAE, USA, Canada, Australia)

• Use client inputs (old resumes, forms, calls) to prepare impactful content

• Follow internal templates and optimize resumes for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

• Ensure grammatical accuracy, brevity, tone alignment, and professional formatting

• Coordinate with the internal team for edits and final delivery

• Conduct light research on roles/industries if needed

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent written English (grammar, structure, tone)

• Passion for writing, personal branding, and storytelling

• Ability to understand and highlight candidate strengths

• Proficiency in MS Word and Google Docs

• Fast learner with attention to detail

• Bonus: Familiarity with resume formats (US/UK), ATS optimization

• Work Type: Remote (Flexible timing)

• Volume Expectation: Minimum 3–5 resumes/week (for part-time)
