Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer – Fresher
Location: Remote (India) | Preference: Mumbai (for hybrid in future)
Type: Full-Time | Contractual (3–6 months, with possibility of extension)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web application front-end (React.js/HTML/CSS) and back-end (Node.js or PHP/WordPress).

• Build dynamic modules: Smart Resume Builder, HOOT review tool, employer dashboard, and job application tracker.

• Connect front-end with databases (MySQL/MongoDB) and external APIs.

• Ensure responsive design and mobile compatibility.

• Optimize site performance, SEO basics, and speed.

• Work directly with UI/UX designers and content team.

• Maintain clear documentation and use Git for version control.

📘 Skills We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Familiar with front-end frameworks like React.js, Next.js (preferred).

• Backend knowledge: Node.js + Express.js OR PHP/WordPress.

• Understanding of database: MySQL or MongoDB.

• Version control: GitHub or GitLab.

• Willingness to learn and build complex systems in a startup environment.

Technical Skills Required:

🔹 Front-End:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

• React.js or Next.js (preferred)

• Responsive Design & Cross-Browser Compatibility

• Basic knowledge of Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap

🔹 Back-End (any one is acceptable for fresher):

• Node.js with Express.js OR

• PHP with WordPress (custom theme/plugin familiarity is a bonus)

🔹 Database:

• MySQL or MongoDB (basic CRUD operations, schema design)

🔹 Tools & DevOps:

• Git/GitHub for version control

• NPM/Yarn, basic CLI usage

• Deployment basics (cPanel, Vercel, or DigitalOcean is a bonus)

🔹 Others:

• RESTful API integration (consume external APIs)

• Understanding of SEO basics (meta tags, page speed, clean code)

• Awareness of Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) — desirable, not mandatory

✅ Eligibility:

• Fresher or graduate (B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Bootcamp learners welcome).

• Self-taught developers with a GitHub profile or portfolio preferred.

• Available for 8 hours/day commitment, 5–6 days/week.
