We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who can help us design clean, modern, mobile-friendly interfaces that improve the user experience across our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and responsive UIs for:

  • Smart Resume Builder

  • HOOT Dashboard (peer review system)

  • Employer Login/Signup and Control Panel

  • Jobseeker Profile & Job Application Tracker

• Convert rough wireframes or ideas into polished designs.

• Collaborate closely with developer and product team to finalize screens.

• Prepare and share Figma/Adobe XD files with all necessary specs for development.

• Maintain visual consistency and component alignment across all modules.

Skills Required:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD.

• Understanding of UX fundamentals, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.

• Ability to create design systems and reusable components (buttons, cards, nav bars, etc.).

• Awareness of mobile-first design and clean spacing.

• Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS or developer handoff processes is a plus.

Eligibility:

• Students, fresh graduates or self-taught designers looking to build their portfolio.

• Must be available for 3–6 hours per day depending on full-time or part-time engagement.

• CMS Management:

  • Upload and format resume samples, job listings, blogs, and platform updates.

  • Edit content using WordPress or internal admin dashboard.

  • Maintain consistency in formatting, layout, and structure.

• Web Page Updates:

  • Make basic content, layout, or media changes using drag-and-drop builders or basic HTML.

  • Coordinate with the content and tech team for timely updates.

• Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Perform routine testing of website features (resume builder, HOOT reviews, dashboards).

  • Test responsiveness across devices and browsers.

• Support Developer & Content Team:

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web application front-end (React.js/HTML/CSS) and back-end (Node.js or PHP/WordPress).

• Build dynamic modules: Smart Resume Builder, HOOT review tool, employer dashboard, and job application tracker.

• Connect front-end with databases (MySQL/MongoDB) and external APIs.

• Ensure responsive design and mobile compatibility.

• Optimize site performance, SEO basics, and speed.
